Join a Slimming World group

1. Start your sign up journey using the link above.

2. We will send you an email with details on how to get 12 weeks of free access.

3. Call the central referral team at Slimming World using the number provided on the email – you must do this to proceed.

4. The Consultant from the group you have chosen will contact you to welcome you to the session you will be attending.

Spaces with Slimming World are limited so we have some eligibility criteria in place to keep things fair:

You must be 18+ and live, work or study in Oxfordshire or be registered with an Oxfordshire GP.

You must not have been referred, attended or completed a healthy weight service within the last 12 months.

BMI above 28kg/m2 for all adults or pregnant women (27.5kg/m2 for individuals of ethnic minority group).
