HENRY Healthy Families: Right from the Start is a FREE 8-week programme supporting parents and carers to give their child a healthy, happy start in life.

The programmes are delivered in venues around Oxfordshire for families with children aged 0-3 years. We have a creche available so families can bring their other children along too!

How does it work?

HENRY is a UK charity supporting families with young children to build healthier habits for life. Find out more on their website.

Together, we’ll explore five key topics about family healthy lifestyles.

You can connect with other families face-to-face, and swap tips.

Every week you’ll get free resources to help you and your little ones.

How to attend

In-person group sessions

You can join us for two and a half hours every week for eight weeks
Each session includes family time and parent time - discussing healthy lifestyle topics
It's a chance to make new friends and support each other
Creche available for families to bring children along
FREE toolkit provided with all resources needed for the 8 weeks.

FAQs

HENRY Healthy Families: Right from the Start is available for families if they:

Have a child aged 0-3 years old

Live or are registered with a GP in Oxfordshire

Would like support with healthy routines, eating habits, and family wellbeing.

If you’re not sure, just fill in the sign-up form anyway and one of our lovely team will give you a call. They’ll be able to tell you if you’re eligible for HENRY and point you in the right direction if not.
